JERO Spring Assisted Stainless Steel Kitchen Shears

Heavy-duty spring-assisted kitchen shear. Since 1983 JERO has been the original spring-assisted shear that is now copied. Made In Portugal by JERO.  At one time JERO manufactured this shear for a very large US kitchen brand until they took production to China, but JERO continued with production under the JERO name. Stainless steel construction.  Copied by many brands, but JERO continues to use the heavy-duty replaceable spring; sturdy commercial and food-grade stainless steel, and the impact and temperature resistant polymers for the handles. Self-sharpening blades. Comes with a holder that the blades slide in.  The holder can be mounted if needed. Lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship when used as designed.
