Freshos Water Chestnuts in Water, 567 g, Yellow Brown

Water chestnuts are often used in Chinese stir-fry along with other vegetables, to a classic bacon appetizer and or as a welcome crunch to a creamy spinach dip. To bring a vegetable side dish from average to interesting, add sliced water chestnuts toward the end of the cooking time. The nuts are a rich source of carbohydrate, fibre and does not contain cholesterol.
