Best Of Europe: France (Blu-ray + DVD)

As hosted by public television stalwart Rudy Maxa, this set from the Best of Europe travel-themed documentary series journeys into the heart of France, for four programs that each tour a different Gallic locale. The set begins in the City of Lights, with visits to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, as well as the Latin Quarter and Montmartre. Program Two hearkens out to Provence, with glimpses of the countryside, cities and villages, drives through the Alps and Luberon, a swim in the Mediterranean outside the village of Cassis, and much more. Program Three travels to the heart of the French Riviera, with stops including Monaco, Cannes, St. Tropez and the museums of Nice.
